The menu is a mix of Homemade cuisines from Homemade Individual Pies to Welsh Cakes and all snacks in between, and the menu changes with the customer as we customise all our foods to suit you. Be sure to contact me to specify dietary requirements.

Welsh Cakes

Welsh Cakes are a traditional Welsh treat made with flour, butter, sugar, currants or raisins, then shaped into 3cm cake and cooked on a griddle pan for 3 minutes each side until golden brown. Once cooked they can be sprinkled with granulated sugar or served warm with plenty of butter. These lovely treats can be adapted to incorporate any flavour sweet or savoury. Please specify when ordering, alternatively I am happy to suggest popular flavours.

The option available as standard on this menu will be the savoury “Cheese and Leek”
