Vanilla Cheesecake
Buttery Biscuit Base, topped with lashings of vanilla flavoured cream cheese, finished with lemon cream.

Raspberry Cheesecake
Heavenly Buttery Biscuit Base, topped with indulgent white chocolate and raspberry cream cheese. Finished with raspberry cream.

Chocolate Cake
Indulgent chocolate flavoured sponge sandwiched by a luxury chocolate ganache filling, finished with chocolate buttercream.

Victoria Sponge
Classic vanilla flavoured sponge, sandwiched with a cream and freshly made jam, topped with fresh fruit.

Carrot Cake
A family favourite spiced cake filled with lashings of frosting and topped with candied walnuts.

Welsh Cakes

Welsh Cakes are a traditional Welsh treat made with flour, butter, sugar, currants or raisins, then shaped into 3cm cake and cooked on a griddle pan for 3 minutes each side until golden brown. Once cooked they can be sprinkled with granulated sugar or served warm with plenty of butter. These lovely treats can be adapted to incorporate any flavour sweet or savoury. Please specify when ordering, alternatively I am happy to suggest popular flavours.

The option available as standard on this menu will be the sweet options “Pistachio and Raspberry” and “Chocolate and Orange”
